Sbrisolona (or Sbriciolona) on the way

it means crumble, easy. the recipe comes from the city of Mantova, North of Italy and it was first noticed in the 16th Century.
It was called initially "of the three cups" because it contains fairly the same amount of maize (fine), flour and sugar.
